TDA with their lousy internal controls in place would *NOT ALLOW*
buying into EXPH .. yet to this day continue to allow SELLS

Wouldn't that be the way it would be expected to go?

I mean if you have a customer that has stock and wants to sell it and you say no, isn't he going to just take his account elsewhere as well as probably file a lawsuit for all the money you lost for prohibiting him/her from selling at a higher price. Heck it almost sounds like it might be the kind of thing that would cost a brokerage their license.

Clearly I must be incorrect and it must be devious behavior!
