Have you noticed that these clowns are arguing over a few billion here or there. They never mention the cost of waging war in four foriegn countries year after year. Obama got elected because people were sick of 8 years in Iraq over WMD and saw Bush as a dunce. Obama promised to withdraw troops.
Instead, he has proven to be just another globalist puppet. Now we're nation building in the oil states and oil is $115/bbl. What are we really doing there? Do we really need an expensive, intrusive Dept. of Homeland security? They might as well call it what it really is: The department of demonizing patriotic Americans that are pissed off that we are losing our rights and going broke.
Ten years ago, 3,000 Americans died as a result of a "terrorist" act. Since then, we have given up our rights, are going broke, and lost twice as many soldiers in a foriegn land. Have we got Bin Laden? Eliminated terrorism? Stopped people from hating us? Nope. We just have the stupidist people in the world selling our country and passing ridiculous laws. Ever heard of the "food safety act"?
