Let me explain my slightly different opinion. What you are saying makes sense to a certain degree, but (correct me if I'm wrong) I am interpretting your post as NVSR has to already be a successful company with of verified earnings before people will buy the stock and the pps will move....and the management team has to prove itself before people will buy the stock.

My method of investing is this...I ascertain the risk level and POTENTIAL of the company I'm looking to invest in. Then I ensure that management is making the RIGHT MOVES in that are aimed at attaining that potential that I am valuing. I NEVER WAIT until a company has ALREADY achived that potential before I buy their stock, there's just no profit in that.

I'm not saying this is everyone's strategy, but it sure makes sense to me.

So, I ask myself a few questions here - this is why the stock should be moving, in my opinion.

1. Does the company have a good product that is or will be in demand within my investing time-frame?
My answer = Yes

2. Is Management making the right moves in order to achieve the success and earnings that I expect out of my investment?
My answer = Yes

3. Is the company establishing their Sales Channel and retail/marketing strategies to meet the pending demand of the product?
My answer = Yes

4. Does the company keep us updated as to their progress?
My answer = yes

5. Does the company have things in the pipeline that will continue their product penetration strategy?
My answer = Yes

6. If implemented properly, do I feel the stock will be worth a substantial more amount of money in the FUTURE?
My answer = Yes

I don't wait until the company has proven their strategy is ALREADY successful before I invest, there's just no profit potential in that investment.
