Our mods can give us picks at anytime. Many times we use the beginning of a new trading week to update the board with current stocks of interest. I used to take the picks I like best, then feature them as an 'official' Hot MOMO Play recommendation. These days, with so many strong traders among the mod squad, I just sticky their posts as is, then let the readers decide which ones to play.
Mods are not obligated to post their sells anymore. Occasionally I will still post my outs in an attempt to help others and preserve some of the original HMP spirit. We also are developing "theme" plays like Smit Dog's The Biggest Loser series. Knowing the selection criteria, time-frame, and philosophy of these theme plays provides extra insight for good buy and sell points.
