My point is that a dual listing in Stockholm may mean that the stock price will be determined there and not in the US. This is only fair since Swedes appear to own much more of the float than Americans. This may also mean that the stigma of the Chinese microcaps listed in the US may not affect the stock price in Stockholm and that a normal rating will evolve. Given such a senario the pps in the US will adjust to the pps in Stockholm. I don't claim that this scenario is the only one possible given a dual listing but I think there is a real chance that it is a realistic scenario.
