(float?) Forgive me if I am reading this wrong, but I see the claim of 66MM shares being the float.

I see that in 2009 the TA was gagged, and that was the float at that time.

I also see that it looks like CDIV sold shares in 2010 (as you can see in its Q4 2010 report....(is this correct?)


if so, than the CEO must have sold his previously restricted shares....anyone know when they were coming off restriction?

or was there other dilution of some sort?


Just curious, not that is really matters....just curious at this point.
