How so? Anyone can start a public company (it does cost money), but determining whether it's reputable or going to be successful is another issue. Here, they made a structural change to effect the next level, filings, a noble gesture if there is something to file. They have money, no doubt, having probably sold into the runup, but if there is no market for the business plan then that will probably be the source of all their revenues. How many companies do they represent for their services, how much do they charge, anyone else in the space, etc., etc......then and only the will you know if....Bruce does run a respectable biz and MJNA is not a scam...
