Well,

Self control was actually demanded/enforced by others... See, too many on here didnt like my negative position on this company from wayyyyyy back in Jan,2010. I learned to combine the replies and opinions because I had to, still do... 1 post a day here. (because thats all Im allowed duh..) I cant post at all on a different board cause I called spoodgy the c word.... I stand by my words, even today ahahaha.

X, I know old Ben did not take a controlling interest in a construction company... I was being, well, ME!!! I couldnt come out and call the poster what I wanted to now could I?..

Now!!! To the subject at hand...

Google maps has a pic of a small row of businesses on the wrong road as the address for this "management" company..
If this thing was just incorporated in FEB. No real info will be gathered except whats given by insiders. What runs thru my thoughts is this "company" is very familiar with iFinix and visa versa.... It isnt but 15-20 miles from old Bens Bat Cave location.(at least the "contact local" is) Either way, 250 mil shares for about 3 mil in assets kinda sounds like it has the possibility to turn out bad for the "Restricted share New Guy".. Hopefully not...?

iFinix' Balance Sheet now reflects additional assets of approximately 3 million dollars. This represents exponential growth in the company's asset value; which in turn, should allow the company to obtain future financing and move aggressively towards completion of its 2011 business goals.

SO, all the old shares "awarded/rewarded/rtarded/discounted etc..." to and for the "dedicated" shareholders means what now? A learning gdam curve???? Cmon, these freaks know the frggin dollar is on its death bed, nevermind the ability to maintain "multiple" accts that will show enough revenue over costs. This "acquisition" has nothing but a "newly formed corp. tag" with an old "Realtime/maybe next time" feeling... IMO

"The successful completion of this acquisition is projected to allow iFinix a vehicle to obtain operating capital and flexibility to expand the company's subsidiaries".

The successful completion of this..... what?.... of this newly formed corporation??? Cmon....

51% -- 51% of what? If you are going to "buy/take majority share" of a company, maybe the "investors" should at the least be able to know exactly what da frik they have, no? (start time machine going in to the past music now) Ummmmm? we are going to release a new update to our realtime program asap... 1 week +/- later... sorry guys, had to nix that idea..
3,000,000,000 shares later, iFinix is now BRK.A....? AHAHAHAHAHA. Old Warren has always had more than enough cash to back up his discounted stock for viable/slightly viable co. purchases.. Wow, all he needed was his word where as we needed more than 300% dilution/ slices of da PIE to "grow-gain future financing"..... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA............

Hey!!!! We still have time to make "A Dollar by May"

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Keep "buying" Benny, all of us wholeheartedly still trust your decisions............
:)

"this stock is a POS. Won't see profits for a long time".

As this one hasnt "sold a share".... No wait, it was talking about Co. profits??? ... SURE

I must give way to the above posters recent prediction of iFinix' acquisition being a tool for future financing though...126284
Well said. And here I always thought acquisitions were for taking out the competition or building the base...

Go Future Financing!!!!!

:)

EDIT:
"I'm pleased to see the $3 million in added assets as it allows the company to obtain financing to complete much needed business goals. Marketing for Futures and Forex would certainly help increase awareness and revenue, IMO."

Hmmmm, I wonder how you feel about all the "future financing for the company" you were sold?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Sorry, but....... callz it how its seen.............
