POPT just leaves you swimming in new diluted shares. HSCC the shares are continually bought up and taken out of the float.

Pretty simple concept works the opposite of a diluted stock.

A diluted stock new shares are always hitting the float driving the price lower.

HSCC has no dilution ZERO. Today's news drove that point home. They reduced the Authorized from 1 bil to 250 mil. In other words the company doesn't need the shares. They aren't issued and won't be issued. Of the 250 mil AS, the OS is 189 mil and has been for years. About 3-4 lifespans of the average penny stock company is about how long. Of the 189 mil OS Dave Shade and Gary Williams own just under 132 million. Those 132 million shares are restricted. They haven't sold any and don't plan on it. 189 -132 = 57 mil left in the float. The float are whats left for you me and all the other people in the entire world to trade.

Of that 57 mil, the company thru share repurchases on the open market has bought up or already owned by insiders, restricted another 10mil. So 57 mil -10mil leaves you me and the rest of the NOBO/OBO world 47 mil shares.

Of the 47 mil the top 10 NOBO shareholders own over 32mil. The following stats from the NOBO page on the website. 47-32= 12 mil for you and the rest of the world. Of that 12 mil another 3 mil is owned by the next 5 or so shareholders. 12-3= 9 mil shares for you and the rest of the world.

21,557,403 (37%) shares held by 3 NOBO shareholders
31,790,695 (54%) shares held by 10 NOBO shareholders*

Here's a breakdown of where some of the share fall (facebook discussion pg)

Homeland Security Corporation
60 shareholders own 100,000 shares or more

100 shareholders own 50,000 shares or more

1050 shareholders own 10,000 shares or less

875 shareholders own 5000 shares or less

750 shareholders own 4000 shares or less

400 shareholders own 1000 shares or less

50 shareholders own 50 shares or less

On any given day most of the trading is done by shareholders that own 5000 shares or less. I'm not quite sure how you make any money doing that. This does effect the price. If they would just stop flipping such small blks put those shares away they would be worth far more. The last two years is proof, have seen substantial ytd gains 09 800%, 2010 300%, 2011 so far +34.62%. AS the shares are bought up and held the float is getting smaller and smaller.

The YTD gains illustrate the effect of having a set number of shares that continually get bought up. The price is steadily increasing. The mm's games of bleeding the stock on the tiny trades of a few are having less and less effect everyday. The NOBO list levels the playing field for the shareholder. The float numbers are right on the website. All you have to do is look and see the mm's ain't got shares.

HSCC is a lot of different plays all rolled into one. The play I just illustrated is simple supply and demand. As the company works to sell the crane cams, mining cams, the ONYX/HSCC surveillance systems. We are empowered to go out and sell HSCC as an investment. All the tools you need are right on the website. And it's getting better all the time. The next few months will be about going out and finding investors to buy large blks of HSCC.
Out of this concept was born the HSCC Boyz Club. Crazy simple plan that appeals to the crudest and simplest of instincts in a lot of men. It is working. The club membership is 2 million shares and it is sucking up more of the float. All Shareholders benefit from the HSCCBC. At some point I think we will see 1 million shares bought up in a day or two. The meat of a lot of shares are sitting in the .04-.06 range. Take those out and we have lift off. One new BC member could easily do it. The price of membership gets more expensive all the time.

On a different level
100 shareholders own 50,000 shares or more

For those that own less than 50k shares you can move into the top 100 shareholders with 50,000 shares or more. $1750 is what it will cost at today's close. I think we should come up with some sort of reward system for reach different levels of shares held.

Any ideas?
