I am guessing that since all of the share being created will be restricted and untradeable that the PPS of PT*L will adjust to the forward split and then the Float will be so small that other investors will have a hard time picking up shares. This should drive the PPS up a bit over the next 6 months of restricted shares. The real winner in this deal is going to be the individuals that already own PT*L prior to the Forward split.
Now what will happen to ENTI after they sell there biggest asset is beyond my scope. However, the short term is not going to be good, long term should be pretty dang good. Like always time will tell the story and I am still accumulating shares on the dips and I plan on accumulating more PT*L post split.
