im with you gmoney i dont have a job yet and dont have anything else to do so i do watch level 2 constantly. i have put many buy orders in for TTIN and many times it shows up as a sell-happened today as well. ill put orders in and they will raise the ask trying to get me to chase only to drop it again after it gets filled. so yes they are playing games with a 1/2 cent stock dont care what anyone else says
