What I hear from the pr is that money earmarked fro equipment is now being earmarked to buy more shares of the Q so they could later buy better equipment. That tells me he truly believes the pps will go up and it will only go up, as we all know, with a reduced float and/or exceptional news. Look for excellent news down the line.
