as far as i can tell nothings changed... jim still owns 2 privately held companies one of which was almost acquired by another publicly held company NOT controlled by jim himself... fortunately for us that deal didnt consummate... i believe his intentions havent changed since that time... and if you look at it from jim's perspective he has a alot of years left in his life to achieve what he wants to at USFM... things will roll here with a natural progression... CMS Enhancements didnt go from the pinksheets to the NYSE within the 1st month... nor did it go from .02 to .47 in that same period... but believe me those two things did happen from 87-91 and i believe they will here also... at this point i am relaxed knowing that jim will do his very best for USFM as he does and will have more skin in the game when USGE and possibly CBR Commercial come into the company
