Thanks EI / after the hearing will you have an idea where this case will be? Charleston has a chance? Meruelo and Maddux carry on with a reorganized company and stay "dark"? Are we close to the finish line? I haven't read an opinion piece on the case in a while thus the questions. Thanks for the postings and I will most definitely get involved in future deals much earlier in order to bring something to the table.
