The “majors” are a family trust of one of the past presidents of the company and the Pfeffer Brothers from the DC area. The Pfeffers are mentioned in the public filings as holding debentures convertible into over 100 million shares. Kevin Pfeffer is the one that posted that he “insisted” that I be sued as a condition of his continued funding and sure enough, I was sued in Utah! The Pfeffers have gone to extraordinary lengths to try to discredit me and convince the world that this Turd is a real gold mining company. GE have not had any success trying to line up a JV partner in over 6 years. They would have gone broke if the Pfeffers had not stepped up and invested over 4 million dollars in the last few years.

It is a dream for the executives who get to live in Bolivia on big salaries and these two brothers are footing the bill.

Somebody seems to have been providing free trading shares to promoters over the last few years and of course they dump the shares and the zealots have to buy them up.
