Yeah I am not worried about Markle. He's a sharp tack. I wouldn't be suprprised if he filed himself as an expert witness knowing full well that Daic's lawyers would protest paving the way for his own 500 lb bombshell.

Who cares if Markle can't testify about his own attourney fees. It isn't like Calypso is going to leave him out to dry and not pay him if he gets a massive judgement.
