I just got done reading all the latest docs on the state court case. I'd be pissed if I was Markle. There is no reason under the sun that the court shouldn't allow Markle to testify about his Attourney Fees. Daic's lawyers really slipped up here. People need to choose their battles. And I have a feeling that this is going to be very costly for Daic and Co.

The Judge would essentially be rulling against himself if he allowed any of Daic's witnesses that were filed after the deadline.
