1) Re:Polis..If you read the SC13G, then you obviously didn't understand it.

2) Re: Putnam..Yes, after 3/14/2011, he "could' sell his 4 million +/- shares...and are you now suggesting that he would be selling his 4 million+/- shares days/weeks/month prior to the Markman Hearing Ruling...

3. Yes. a positive MH hearing is important...On this we can agree...
