It looks to me that this is the double r/m that's been talked about. DEGH is now part of both Fuse Science (Pocket Drops) and Skin Science. The soon to be former board members and new board members all have a stake in terms of their stock holdings. The soon to be former CEO who has an interest in all of these businesses stays on for 1 year as an advisor. The low float is still in tact. All of this is great news. :)
