My perspective.....
I question motives when someone comes on with blatantly innaccurate information like the bankruptcy thing...
I have posted hundreds of times on Torvec here and on RB...I have never..repeat never posted anything that I couldn't back up with facts from public information and my own research...
I have obviously posted many opinions that arenot always in line with everyone else's.....I do have resoures available to do research and fact gathering that most people wouldn't think of or utilize.....all I can say is do more homework and get creative in your due diligence and research techniques...
While you and dyna and others deflect the issue of shorts, etc., it tells me that you haven't done your homework...
Let's agree on this.....we want the same thing...we just have vastly different approaches to the process.....try picking up the phone once in while ( not directed at you invest1111 specifically as you are taking a specific step like checking on-line county records) to gather information below the surface...if you go strictly on the surface information, you will either miss the boat or be frustrated...once in while you might get lucky....
