He lied about the number of customers, customer interest, easy 123, and much much more. There were no "fluctuations" he outright lied and/or purposely mislead investors into believing there was more going on in order to keep them purchasing shares until they could not sell any more, lied about not doing an RS, then RS'ed investors into oblivion with no regard. Facts are facts.
