It's in the prices already. You have to get over this to see the true picture.

So long as VLXC (namely Matin) stays in need of low quality equity financing, VLXC's investing public (mostly small investors/traders, like you and me) is wise to be suspicious about the financing game being played, and the true motives hidden of these market sharks.

The common characteristics of this low grade equity financing is periodic share price spike with or without press release and long drifting down phase afterwards. Believe or not, great amount of shares distribution to the investing public continues in this agonizing and long lasting tail, normally full with positive press releases and pumps.

By the way, "value investing" is another favorite bait the pumpers and promoters use to fish.

This game is quite popular in town. All you need to do is open your mind and eyes, and look around carefully.
