Maybe dan is trying
to save some money at this time.

Pink sheet stocks are found on the over the counter market, or "OTC". OTC fundamentally means that the stock is not listed on a major US exchange such as the NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX. Not like OTCBB stocks which are required to report their present financial information to the SEC in order to meet eligibility requirements, Pink Sheet stocks do not have filing or reporting requirements. For companies, this can be a good thing as they do not have to spend precious time or money preparing burdensome financial reports for the SEC. For investors, the lack of financial filings makes it complicated to make an informed decision when performing due diligence on a potential investment.
