Tony didn't say there would be no buyback after the divi in PTEL either, but I don't hear anyone crowing about that. Tony isn't going to PR everything he's NOT going to do. If you want your concerns answered, call or e-mail Tony. He'll get back to you with his answer. Which is better than any answer you will get on here. Then decide if you believe him or not.
