(http://mindtechnologiesinc.com) (Pink Sheets: JEDM), announced today that their European subsidiary, Mind Solutions, Inc. which is traded on the Deutsche Borse Stock Exchange under symbol 'MS0' is now actively trading. Mind Solutions, Inc. , with a market cap in excess of $50 million is a majority owned subsidiary company of Mind Technologies, Inc.

Mind Solutions is spearheading the development of a variety of projects including a proprietary EEG Headset, Mobile Applications and the Company's App Store for thought-controlled applications.
