Why Rodney Dangerfield, you may ask?
Because there are great stocks out there both on the big boards and OTC/pink that never get any damned respect! I'm talking less than average volume every day, barely any chatter, and even with exposure tend to get overlooked.
There are hundreds of such stocks that have everything in the world going for them and no one in the world investing in them. Well, that may just be an overzealous statement, but you get the drift.
I'm looking for stocks that don't get any respect that follow these criteria:
* Solid share structure and no history of excessive R/S and constant dilution
* May or may not have NDA agreements with reputable small or large-cap companies
* Debt-burdened companies with solid business plans and/or under new management in up and coming industries
* Dividend stocks with the potential to increase distributions that are widely overlooked
