Thought process of a BEHL shareholder

What is happening here? I don't know. Is the big volume the company selling shares? Is it some large shareholder dumping shares? Is it more manipulation? I just don't know.

Really? It is obviuos, the company did not add 10 billion shares to the Authorized Shares to have them on display. They have no funding, they are in seriuos debt, no legitamte financial organization is going to loan them money, which leaves the 99% used form of capital raising… SELLING SHARES. In this case a Note Payable for $160,000 converted to free trading shares this month according to the filings. Not hard to figure this out.

Based on the history of things here, I BELIEVE that the large volume this week is artificial volume intended to shake shareholder confidence.

What?!?!?!? You mean the history of filing 6 Amendments to raise the Authorized Shares over the past year, the trend of the ever increasing FLOAT confirmed by each quarterly filing are just myths? The only artifical thing here is the belief that this surge in volume is anything but the company.

If it were really someone selling shares, it should be easy to buy some of those shares.

Not if those getting orders filled have had good until cancled orders in for a long period of time, they are first come first served. Not someone just placing their Bid in today, even though at this share liquidity it will start happening that orders placed the day of will start getting filled.

bought a few .0002s earlier this week, but even with 100 million shares on that day, it took hours and several smaller trades to get just over half of my order filled.

Unless you know what is sitting on the Ask, it is irrelevant how long it takes an order to fill. That person that is first in line could very well have a AON order in at .0002, or in this case with whomever the Note holder is, they are selling in major blocks and wait until enough orders build up and sell in 10’s of millions at a time, much like the .0001s are going.
