"Lie" or was it just a financial change in direction. The expressed desire of the CEO was that no R/S would happen until up listing. When funding dried up he made the hard choice to change the direction of that planning, thank God. It was painful for ALL of us, he included, but necessary to keep this alive. A lesser CEO would just close the doors and move on to other opportunities but not Jim. In my opinion Jim didn’t “Lie” he just made a financial change in direction, something I see everyday in my business.

And for that reason I will continue to invest in this CEO. All this is just my opinion.
