Because they came on the ask shortly after the D deal was completed, and have been on if ever since for the past 10 months or so. NO vendor has that many shares nor are they selling all the way down from .20. Only a company that gets new shares at lower and lower prices every month would be willing to keep selling lower like this. Plus, OLMP has always been D's MM. But the most damaging evidence was I once asked Bob if maybe D could at the very least change MM's since OLMP has such a bad rep, and shortly thereafter they were gone for a week or two before they came back. That is all the evidence I need.
But the main thing is just look at the filings. D has been getting millions every Q. Not sure why Bob can say they aren't selling when it is right in a company filing.
