That was the death knell tolling right there, there were no plans to accomplish anything, except turn what remained of a failed company into what is now known as a China scam stock. Obviously there was no serious effort by the fact they bid on only one license in 1999. One of hundreds available. Just as today, with the current management, it is all show with no substance.
