I agree 100%...... those shares were returned as part of the terms of the financing .....why would anyone in their right mind return that amount of personal wealth back to the company unless there was something bigger down the road that required it - that is your smoking gun that this financing package is VERY MUCH in the works .

The licenses valuation was probably done as part of the financial dd as well and conducted or verified by a third party as part of the terms as well. Those will obviously be used as leverage-collateral in obtaining the loan.
