dman, the share structure seems to be accurate from this link:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=46849

It's on page 22 of that link.

As to the manufacturer, well I know of the "collaborative" relationship with absolute graphics, but collaboration usually means an "intellectual endevor", as in, "Let's talk theories". That's not a hard contract for production of units. How many units have they set up the production facility to produce? When does production begin? Answer is, no PRODUCTION contract has been announced, only "collaboration". This is from your link: " "We look forward to working collaboratively with Absolute Graphic Technologies on the development of our system," stated Malcolm Lennie, Chairman of AquaStar Holdings, Inc. "Their expertise in manufacturing and design will play an essential role in the execution of the final product."

That is NOT an annoucement of a production contract!

By the way, absolute graphics' only products are seemingly connected with the printing industry, they make process chillers, just research how those are used in industry! This is exactly why I am so discouraged with the management, no real meat in anything, just looks like an accountants BS and noting tangible getting done. And where oh where is a WORKING MODEL??????????????

cheers
