All of Dean's Lies and Fluff PR's were covered by
the Forward Looking Statement, like it or not.


Wrong...a GJ (& eventually a judge) will look at "intent"...
and when they see the "intent" of Dean/Joe & company...
a judgement will be made.

As blatant as the evidence suggests...a disclaimer doesn't
come into play when there is "intent" to defraud.
