Its all in this first shipment that just set sail on Sunday. The proceeds from the shipment will pay off the outstanding debt they have. They are also planning and adding to their heavy eqipment (per the latest Pr) to help increase production. They have also signed a deal to get an even BIGGER mine operational by the end of 2011. My guess is it'll be early 2012 cuz thats just how it happens.

AS for the share structure it is still TBD. Anywhere from 2 Billion to 6 billion....but the plan on buying back 60% of the outstanding shares.
