~VMSYQ will submit plan of reorganization by 6/6

I'm not a lawyer, but the possibility of VMSYQ exiting bankruptcy by reorganizing, not liquidating, and the CEO Jason and IR both saying to other posters they have no plans to cancel the common shares is big news.
