I think that the S-8's are an indication that something is amiss. I listened to the CEO on Greenbaron.com and I was underwhelmed. What caught my attention was the admission that the CEO and company would continue to dilute. "We'll do it again", he said.
Okay, at least he's honest about screwing shareholders. It is the child of IVOC, after all!
Whoever wants to invest here - just beware! It's a daytrade op at best. There's a tendency to sell-off in the p.m.
