Nooneother: I agree with your premise. NASDAQ will hold everything up until auditors & legal council clear up the issues of Chinese banking practices. These issues will be included in the "disclaimer & risk sections" of the restated 10-Q's & -K's...just like crossing all the T's and dotting the I's in the final draft.. IMO
Meanwhile the CEO will be absolved from any apperence of "fraud".
Possible biggest short squeeze of 2011 may come into fruitation as a side story.
So the CCME drama continues....
