I think that is what is fishy about the whole thing. If there are 15 million shares OS(just a number) and a person were to buy 15 million shares, couldn't he then claim (rightfully so) that he owns 100% of the company?

You seem to be trying to spin it to say the company or the guy that claims he owns 100% of the shares is wrong. The whole point of this story is the fact that one person has bought the entire published and authorized float and shares are still being traded. Who is selling those shares and where did they come from?

In the old days, out here in the west, when someone sold the same horse or herd of cattle more than once to different people, they usually ended up hanging from a tree. A little strong maybe, but it did keep it from happening very often.
