The gag order was given by Mr. Lumb, You know he is the oaner of all three companies and if the others want to kep working they will not break the gag order. There is a reasom why they don't want this to be done until later and everyone knows that they can't possibly know that it was going to take a year or more , it only takes that long because they want it to]
