Winded, I would think that if they were selling the 20,000,000 shares, the price of the stock would have went from.12 to .02 not .24 and I am not positive but IMO they would have to file an 8K for sale of securities. Not sure if you and Schwing are shareholders but if you are, I wouldn't have you on my IR team if I owned a company, you have an unusual way of promoting your investment.GLTA
