The CEO is currently under investigation in Orange County CA, for Tax Fraud & he has many civil lawsuits have been liened against Bruce. THIS IS A COMPLETE (100%) FRAUD.

Those Investing in this stock are also insiders. They are just paying their own salaries by creating Millions of new shares of a "BOGUS NEW Company"
