Just because it's an SEC requirement is no guarantee that the 10-K will be filed by April 15.

The last public company Sass Peress and Matvieshen were involved with submitted a NT 10-K last year and then never filed the 10-K or anything else after that.

SEC rule. 10K done by April 15th
