To be sure, the Dems have their faults, but why the average Conservative working man supports the Republicans has always been a mystery to me. Generally, he is voting against his best interests. What I have been able to glean from this seeming disconnection is that they would rather give their money to the rich than to give it to those undeserving untouchables.......the poor, the disadvantaged and disabled. After all.....this is where their dreams and nightmares lie.

It describes a certain kind of cowardice that we see early in life in the schoolyard. They are not leaders or outstanding in any way, so they align themselves with power....the bullies.....not because they like them....far from it...they despise them, but better to be on the side dishing it out than taking it. And they can always take out their frustrations and erectile dysfunction on those that are even less fortunate than they are. Because they are motivated by fear, they fail to understand that bullies suffer from a pathology. When there is no one else left to kick around, they will turn on those that supported them.

Just consider this one fact.......consumption is 70 percent of GDP. Why would you ever wanna take money away from the consumer and give it to the rich who don't need AND won't spend it? As Spock would say....."illogical", but the world of Republican jock straps is not built on logic, is it?
