I think he is talking about the fact that the bid dropped because everyone who held tons of this stock, years ago, at .oo(whatever) decided they did not want to hold onto it anymore. And being the first time in a long time that the bid is back, they wanted out. Hopefully wants all those people are gone, we can start to see some more progress. IMO But then again, I just started online trading so what do I know.
