From your posts and responses to me it seems like you have the entire situation figured out.

But I think your thoughts are a little off. I have said this in a previous post and I will say it again. CBIS is a company. In order for the company to succeed, sell their product, and increase their share price and make all the shareholders happy, they will need to distribute their product legally. Will people attempt cannabis extracts before they are legally distributable? Absolutely. Is that going to benefit our company? Nope.

The company's next step in becoming a powerhouse in the MMJ field is to get approval from the FDA. If the company does not have approval from the FDA, and DEA, and their actions are not backed by legislation, they will not have the ability to sell their product publicly and legally. And if they do, then the company will be prosecuted, and we will all lose our money.

In summary, the company will not prosper if they cannot distribute their product legally. In order for the company to prosper, we need to travel the correct channels, get the legislation changed, and get the FDA to approve our product. If you don't believe that then you are just kidding yourself.
