I think fltt would buy more companies and needs the 15 mill from the s-1 plus more finacing, terms etc , they have just letter of intents right now, is this normal to take this long to hash out this s-1 ??Whats the holdup, any feedback.Is that what we were told?I remember a different story.Whos holding this up?SEC or parties to s-1
