Why no class action has not been filed is the mystery here



There is no mystery. One, everyone with a crappy online trading account is locked into arbitration.

Two, in order to even file a lawsuit, you need the CEO to turn over evidence. You need the CEO to sign a waiver stating he did not sell any additional shares into the market from offshore.

Three, you need the T/A to turn over the most recent books and you would have to put out a notice to all member dealers asking for updated positions, including where their holdings came from.

Some lawyer would take the suit for large settlement....or is this not a winnable endeavor



Tried this already with Berger Montague. SOL started when you received the wanker lawsuit letter stating your shares may or may not be bogus.
