I wonder.....


How many investors of INIX are out there that arent able to trade INIX right now because of the "Dividend/Forward Split/New Issue" stunt?

I also wonder, if INIXs' PPS rises significantly would these same investors have a viable claim against the company?

Imagine if INIX is about to re-re-flower thru news of "dilution based" acquisitions/ mergers and a tiny little itsy bitsy "Class Action Law Suit" suddenly appears.....

Things that make ya go Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

(hey, atleast we know they have enough shares to settle... maybe?)
