ACSJ "Catchings"....

....67.5% owner is casted 2B doing the "DD" on the "LOI" announced last week....

....it's a privately held entity looking to get into the public trading waters w/ still control....that's Y only "49%" is ACSJ's netting if it docks @ their shorelines...that's the drift...

....the TA issue is now on the front burner w/ the heat turned on....we shall "sea" how fast it cooks...

....just learning that an inquiring mind has FIN-Twisted some catchings w/i the last 2 weeks or so in cyberspace....their SONARS R on!.....

....BARTHOLOMEW INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED issue continues "full speed" ahead.....this would fillet dilution as netted....

....for me to guarantee the outcome here 100% or elsewhere is too salty ....as the currents can change at any given time....

....BUT, the 67.5% owner wants success on the various straits of endeavors as it would add creditability w/ current portfolio and any future additions....

....and "James" remains the Whiz Wonder......

....time of tides----as we get closer to the next FULL moon....
