they are selling 5 million shares and raising 21 million. It's all in the march 24 news release. We are about two weeks into this and it says that the issuers can purchase up to 15% more shares within 30 days. The shares were sold at 4.20 and the big guns have around two more weeks to get more shares so there is incentive for the shares to be cheaper. Id say we will get back on track after the 30 days is up. I may take some profits tomorrow and look to get back in at a lower level. all imo
